Best gym ever I have been. Excellent Equipments in the gym. Very helpful and friendly team, not like other gyms around the coast. I would recommend to anyone who wants to join the gym first time and the team will guide you to the right direction for your workout.

I have been working with Grant online since Oct 2020 having found him through Facebook. I had a couple of bro-style training years under my belt however was spinning my wheels when it came to making real progress in the main lifts that I was after. Within 6 months of Grants technical coaching and programming I added 12.5kg to my squat, 7.5kg to my Bench and 20kg to my sumo deadlift all whilst feeling the strongest and healthiest I have ever felt! I also was able to break the cycle of yo-yo dieting having transitioned from Keto to flexible dieting as a bi-product of the training and progress I was and continue to make. I couldn’t recommend Grant and his expertise enough, not only does he provide an honest and quality service, his Gym is a little hidden gym with an awesome community feel!
